Do you want to try and make your own candy sticks?

Do you want to make your stag/bachelorette party, your kick-off, your birthday party a success or just have some fun time with your family? Look no further!

Come and try to make your own candy sticks with us! This event applies for 9 persons.

This is how the event works:

We start off with the history behind the traditional Swedish candy called “Polkagris“. After that it’s time for you to step into our kitchen and meet our bakers and learn more about the process up close. Then it’s finally your turn to put everything you just learned to the test, in front of an audience..

We can promise an experience you’ll hardly forget! Not only will you get to participate in the baking and get a chance to learn about this old craftsmanship, you also get to keep all the candy you make.

Time for this event: 1-2 hours.

Place: You’ll find us at Brahegatan 59 in Gränna.

Booking: Please call us before you place an order for this kind of event to make sure we’re not fully booked on your specific time. When we know what day and time you want to come, then you place your order here in our webshop.

You’ll reach us at 0390-12050 mon-fri, 09:00-17:00.

Last minute booking is usually no problem. We speak Swedish, English, some German and some Spanish.

Cancellation

Due to scheduling/extra staff and planning we have a pretty strict cancellation policy. Please read them thoroughly before you place your order.

Cancel the entire activity?
If you, for whatever reason, can’t make it on the appointed time and want to cancel the entire event, then you will be charged as follows:
30 days before the event: 0% of the total cost
29-15 days before the event: 50% of the total cost
14-0 days before the event: 100% of the total cost

Change the number of people?
If everyone in your group can’t make it and you want to change the number of people on the event you will be charged as follows:
30 days before the event: 0% of the total cost
29-15 days before the event: 50% of the total cost
14-0 days before the event: 100% of the total cost

After this event you might be hungry and perhaps a place to stay. We collaborate with Hotel Gyllene Uttern and will gladly help you with your reservation at their hotel.

Late arrival?
You are more than 15 minutes late:
Most time we will manage to do the event despite your delay, but we can´t guarantee it! Please give us a call and let us know that you are running late, which will increase your chances of doing the event anyway. If we can’t manage your delay, we will not refund any money.

 

Simple / Standard / Deluxe

You can choose between three different packages when you place your order. SIMPLE, STANDARD or DELUXE.

Simple includes: Guiding, baking and you get to keep all the candy you make

Standard includes: All of the above plus you get to choose the colours and flavour of the candy you make.

Deluxe includes: All of the above plus open bar or coffee and a Swedish “fika”, snacks, a goodie bag with sweets worth 150kr, your own wrapping paper and you get to invent your own flavours using everything we have in our kitchen.
