Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Delayed Arrival:

Due to scheduling/staffing and planning, we must enforce quite strict cancellation rules. Please read them carefully before making your booking.

Cancelling the entire Activity

If, for any reason, you cannot attend your booked session and need to cancel the activity, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

30 days before the activity: 0% of the total amount.

29–15 days before the activity: 25% of the total amount.

14–2 days before the activity: 50% of the total amount.

1–0 days before the activity: 100% of the total amount.

Cancelling Individual Participants

If not all booked participants can attend and you need to modify the number of attendees, the following fees apply:

30–15 days before the activity: 0% of the total amount.

14–8 days before the activity: 20% of the total amount.

7–0 days before the activity: 50% of the total amount.

Delayed Arrival

If you are more than 15 minutes late: We will usually still conduct your activity, but we cannot guarantee it! Please call us at +46 390-120 50 and notify us if you are delayed to increase the chances of us accommodating your activity. If we are unable to conduct the activity, we will not refund any amount paid.
