Terms of purchase

Polkapojkarna Polkagriskokeri AB (Org no: 556583-6201) together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where the payment is done directly to Klarna:

  • Pay in 14 days: Pay within 14 days of the shipping date. You can find the terms for this payment option HERE.
  • Account: Klarna Account is an account credit which is provided by Klarna and gives you as a buyer the opportunity to pay in installments every month, a minimum of 50 SEK every month or according to the approved terms in the checkout. Read more about Klarna Credit HERE
  • Pay now: This option charges your account automatically within two bank days after the purchase via autogiro. Read more about the “pay now” option HERE
  • Bank transfer: Your account will be charged immediately after your order is finished.

To be able to offer you these different payment options we need to share your personal-, contact- and order information with the supplier of each service. The use of this information is regulated in accordance with the current data protection laws och Klarnas privacy terms.

How much does the shipping cost? If you’ve chosen “Collect in Gränna” there will be no extra cost. For the rest of the shipping alternatives the cost depends on where you live and the weight of the shipment. Generally, we don’t cover the shipping cost. You’ll see the shipping cost for your order during the “Checkout”.

Is VAT included? Yes, VAT is included in the price. You can see the exact VAT cost during the “Checkout”.

How will the goods be delivered? We use DHL Parcel connect for all international shipments. If the shipment address is to a company then you will, by default, not get a notification when the shipment arrives. However, if you want a notification, please let us know during the “Checkout” page. Every order is carefully packaged. But if the goods is damaged on arrival you have to document it and notify the driver/DHL immediately and make him/her sign the delivery note.

Returns/Complaints/Right to reconsider? If you have any remarks concerning your delivery please contact us and we will do our best to correct the matter. If the complaint concers damaged goods the damage has to be noted on the delivery note by the driver for us to be able to compensate you. According to the act on distance contracts we don’t need to have a “right to reconsider”. We have however chosen to give our customers full right of return of the full order, provided you return the complete order intact and undamaged. The right of return is valid for 8 days after the goods leave Gränna. You arrange the return of the order and its cost.
